CND president and CEO John Heffner steps down
CND Creative Nail Design president and chief executive John Heffner has stepped down after 14 years at the helm of the US nail care giant. CND's management team will now report directly to Sennen Pamich, president of Colomer USA and executive vice president, Americas and Africa. Founder Jan Arnold will remain as the CND local leader and head of the management team. Heffner said his departure on July 8 was prompted by the desire to spend more time with his family. He will continue as a consultant to CND for one year. Arnold said, 'John has been both a personal and professional friend for over 14 years. During this time, CND has experienced tremendous change and exhilarating growth. We thank John for his contributions to the business and in particular to the people, whom he valued most. We wish him the very best.' Heffner is credited with launching the innovative CND Shellac and also representing the company as chairman of US industry body the Professional Beauty Association.
