Cosmetic course launches for beauty therapists
Training provider Innomed Training and Sally Durant Training & Consultancy have developed a two-day practical course to offer level three beauty therapists, hygienists and dental nurses the knowledge and expertise on how to perform lighter skin regeneration treatments. The training provider joined forces with consultant Sally Durant to provide therapists with a higher level knowledge of skin science and train them to perform corrective treatments including light dermaroller skin needling, skin peeling and mesotherapy for treating localised fat and cellulite as well as skin rejuvenation. Durant explained: 'These treatments provide a great opportunity to learn new skills, increase client choice and grow a salon, clinic or dental practice income through the addition of new treatments.' Innomed Training, led by Dr Xavier Goodarzian and Dr Elisabeth Dancey already has a wide range of medical aesthetic training courses for doctors, nurses and dentists and delivers independent CPD-accredited skills-based training in injectable cosmetic treatments as well as chemical peels and mesotherapy. Dr Xavier added: 'We are constantly looking for ways to help practitioners grow their teams' skills and knowledge and this course is designed to deliver real benefits to clinics and practices by filling the gap between beauty and medical treatments.' The first course is taking place in central London on November 22nd and December 5th. For more information visit www.innomedtraining.co.uk
