Environ skincare founder Dr Des Fernandes has released a new book. Vitamin A Skin Science – a Scientific Guide to Healthy Skin investigates both the benefits and the myths surrounding vitamin A as an ingredient for youthful, glowing skin.

The book, which is co-written with Dr Ernst Eiselen, is targeted at skincare professionals, aiming to help them tackle a range of client concerns, from lines and wrinkles to acne, breakouts and pigmentation.

The book, which follows years of research, looks at vitamin A’s role in protecting and strengthening the skin. The book is available in the UK and Ireland through Environ distributor iiaa’s website.
