Founder's and CEO’s from across the beauty industry will be discussing the challenges and solutions for manufacturers and distributors as they speak at the 2022 IMF & CIPI conference taking place alongside Professional Beauty London at ExCeL London on 3-4 April 2022.

Meet first confirmed speakers for the IMF & CIPI Conference 2022:

On day one (April 3), a panel of speakers discussing “War Stories: Brands & distributors share their successes and failures” at 10am. Margo Marrone, Co-Founder of The Organic Pharmacy and Farah Naz, Founder of EX1 Cosmetics will be on the panel alongside Paks Cosmetics’ founder Peter Mudahy and director of ABC Brands Yashesh Bharwada, as they discuss their journey to success and the challenges they overcame in their careers. 

Edouard Falguieres, managing director of Guinot, Glenn Poy, founder of Guiding Principals, and Gharieni founder Sammy Gharieni will provide an insightful session on everything you need to plan before launching into new terretories in their 11am session “Exporting to new markets: What you need to know to get started”.

Add midday on day two of the conference (Monday April 4), Dan Piper, investment director of Piper, Jasmine Gupta, Founders Intelligence and Unilever Foundry’s strategy manager and The Red Tree’s chief executive officer Stirling Murray, will be discussing external funding from investors and how you can secure funding during their session titled “Show me the money: Understanding the external investor game”.
