I qualified in Brighton as a level 3 Beauty Therapist in 1981.
Over the years I continued my education with a C&G 730 teaching certificate in higher & adult education. This led me into teaching at the college in Brighton.
I was awarded an Alumni from the college as a student that went on to grow a successful business.
My business has won and been nominated for many industry awards, including Professional Beauty.
I opened my first salon in 1995 and expanded into larger premises in 2001 with 10 treatment rooms. 
I’ve continued my own education into level 4 laser, skin rejuvenation and skin needling.
As well as still treating, I really enjoy training and developing younger therapists. 
Giving my time to judging these awards is a real way of giving back to an industry that I love.
