What is the event about?

Professional Beauty North is the North's leading event for beauty, spa and nail professionals. The show will feature top brands, inspiring ideas, providing great networking prospects and serious business opportunities. The Professional Beauty shows are Trade ONLY events, welcoming beauty professionals, established salon owners, colleges as well as everyone looking to start a career in beauty, to network with the right people and see everything there is to see in the world of beauty, all under one roof. It is the perfect place to discover the latest innovations in beauty products and services, whilst being updated on forthcoming beauty trends and education. Professional Beauty welcomes all trade professionals from the beauty industry including senior buyers, salon owners, make-up artists, nail technicians and spa professionals.

What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 14 years of age is allowed entry into Professional Beauty North. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How do I access the show?

All visitors must have their own printed or contactless badges in order to gain entry. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone or printed, you can also print your badge onsite. Register online in advance for free to download your badge.

I have registered for the show, can I attend more than one day?

Your badge entitles you to enter the physical show on both days, Sunday 28 and Monday 29 September.

How do I qualify for a Salon Owners' Club ticket?

The Salon Owners' Club is based on having 2 or more treatment rooms or 2 or more members of staff. If you have a query about being part of the Salon Owners' Club, please email info.pb@thepbgroup.com

Who is exhibiting at the event?

Hundreds of leading brands will be exhibiting at Professional Beauty North 2025, floor plan available soon.

Who should visit the event?

Professional Beauty welcomes beauty professionals, established salon and spa owners, colleges as well as everyone looking to start a career in beauty.

Will there be any seminars, workshops, or demonstrations?

Yes. There will be plenty of opportunities to expand your skills at Professional Beauty North. The programme will be launched soon.

Where can I book the live stages and conferences?

The Professional Beauty Stages are free to attend this year. You can set reminders for education by logging into your ShowHub account once you have registered. You will receive an email notification when it's time to head to your session. 

How do I download the show app?

You can log in to your account via the show app. From here, you can look at the brands attending, plan your day and purchase conference tickets at any time by logging into your account. How do I register a colleague?

Each visitor will need their own badge. On your account, you can invite a colleague to join you at the show by entering their email address. To register a colleague, make sure you are logged out of your account and then you can register them using their email address.

If You Are Already Registered

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

If you have registered successfully, you will be able to access your badge either online or via the app by clicking on the ‘Tickets’ button. If you are having any difficulties, please email info.pb@thepbgroup.com or call the team on +44 (0) 207 351 0536

Your entrance badge will automatically be sent to your email 3 days before the show and on the morning of the show. The email will be sent from showhub.live 

I am a lecturer, how can I register my students for a show?

To register your students, please complete the following steps: 

1. Register for your free ticket and choose the job function "Teacher/Lecturer"

2. Once you are registered, click on the red button "TICKETS"

3. Select "Bulk Assign Badge" and "Download the Template" (if you don't find the option email us on info.pb@thepbgroup.com)

4. Once your excel file is ready, select "Upload CSV"

5. Select "View assigned" and download all the badges

How do I register for the show?

You can register to attend by clicking the 'Register now' button at the top of the page. Enter your email address and answer the questions to help us get to know your interests for the show.

 

Can my children visit the event with me?

Professional Beauty North is a Trade only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children as no under 14s are permitted.

Are there any crèche facilities?

No. Unfortunately Professional Beauty North is a Trade Only event, children are not admitted and there is not a creche available onsite.

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

Professional Beauty North is a Trade only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children as no under 14s are permitted.

Can I attend the event if I am not in the trade?

No. Unfortunately Professional Beauty North is a Trade Only event, children are not admitted and there is not a creche available onsite.

What is the student policy?

Professional Beauty North is a trade only event but welcomes people looking to start a career in beauty.

International Visitors

Can you arrange my visa to come to the show?

As Professional Beauty North is a free to attend show, we do not offer support with Visa letters. We recommend contacting your local embassy.

Is there a parking facility?

There is an NCP (National Car Park) directly below Manchester Central that is open 24 hours a day all year round. It has 700 spaces including 18 disabled parking bays and there is direct access to Manchester Central by lift, stairs and escalators.
