Debbie Merdjan has over 30 years of business experience encompassing Health and Skincare Training Centres, Product Distribution, Spa consultancy and Spa Franchise operations. Merdjan is a multi-award winner of industry awards, most recently including; Tripadvisor Travellers Choice 2020, 2021 and 2022, CorporateLiveWire Global Awards Winner 2023 Spa & Wellness Brand of the Year, Best Spa Brand Global 2023 Haute Grandeur Spa Awards.
Debbie is passionate about business, developing entrepreneurs and consulting by sharing best business practices and operational success. With a goal to expand into new markets, she is currently based in the UK heading up Thalgo, Perron Rigot and International Spa Consultancy. Debbie is also an active member of the WPO (Women’s President Organization) and task force member of the Global Wellness Institute’s Consulting Best Practices Initiative.
