Jenny Jones recently joined Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as Spa Director, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge, expertise and innovation to her role. With over 18 years’ experience working at world-renowned luxury spa destinations, in her new position Jenny will lead a passionate growing team overseeing all spa and wellness offerings.

Jenny began her career at luxury country retreat Sopwell House, and the women's only day spa The Sanctuary Covent Garden, before accepting the position of Spa Manager in 2013 at Marriott Hanbury Manor Country Club & Spa.

In 2017 Jenny joined St Pancras Renaissance Hotel as Spa Director. During her 4 years here, Jenny rebuilt a successful spa team, which resulted in winning the Global Edge Spa Award for her performance and contributions to the brand. In 2021 the exciting opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team at The Westin London City as Spa Director saw Jenny oversee the successful launch of the Heavenly Spa.
