Sara Shoemark began her career over 30 years ago at the Ray Cochrane Beauty School, London.
She feels fortunate to have initially worked in a number of London spas and in the retail market working for some of the best skincare brands.

Later, Sara moved home North completing a teacher training course but missed salon life so much she made the decision to go back to her first love of treating clients personally.
In these relatively early days of the beauty salon, Sara couldn't find a professional salon in which to work. This was instrumental in her decision to start her own treatment room. GLOW now has four Salons and employs more than 40 amazing individuals. Team GLOW are exceptional proud of their many accolades and awards.
Sara is passionate about working with the industry and loves, speaking at conferences, supporting local collages and charities. She is regular Industry advisory and Judges National Awards. She is a Board member of BABTAC, an exceptionally proud committee member of the Hair and Beauty Charity and a member of the VTCT Advisory Board.
