The Professional Beauty Awards 2022 was a night to remember. Here's how the 14 salon, spa and beauty therapist winners felt to pick up the prestigious trophies 😍
The awards took place on July 3 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London, hosted by presenter George Lamb, along with Professional Beauty editor Eve Oxberry.

Collecting their trophies on the night, the winners all said a few words on satge before being whisked away for official photography and videography backstage.
“I can’t even explain how exciting this is. To be recognised by such a prestigious body really means a lot. The whole team are going to be ecstatic. The clients are going to be ecstatic for us as well; it’s fabulous," said Natalie Wood, owner of The Pink Shed, winner of the Employer of the Year award.
Meanwhile, Haylee Benton, owner of Cecily Spa, which won Large Salon of the Year, said, "We’re over the moon. The team has worked really hard, so it’s really well deserved. Applying makes you reflect on how far you’ve come so we’re really grateful for that process too.”
Commenting on her win in the Therapist of the Year category,Estefania Vallecillo Rios said, “I’m so blessed to have this award. It’s so exciting and emotional at the same time. I’ve been a therapist for 11 years. My team and my spa director support me so much and told me ‘you can do this’ so I’m here because of them.”
One new category this year was Mobile/Home-based Beauty Business of the Year, which was won by Brick House Beauty, Stafford. Owner Emily Scullion said, "It feels amazing to win! I’m shocked but very happy. This is the first year Professional Beauty have run this category, which I’m completely thrilled about. I’ve had a home salon for nine years and my passion for home salons has only grown."
