Professional Beauty’s Make-up Competitions returned to PB North as a range of professionals and students expressed their creativity in three categories on Monday, September 30.
The editorial director of Warpaint Emma Rutherford hosted a team of judges, who helped guide competitors and assess their skillsets before crowning their champions.
The judging panel included: Ryan Beaumont, Armand Beasley, Tally Bookbinder, Emma Cammack, Collette Casey, Ann Marie Harper, James Mac Inerney, Amanda Rochelle and Beverley Stretford.
