What is the event about?

Autumn's biggest beauty event, Salon Beauty brings beauty and nail professionals the brands, treatments and education, plus endless networking opportunities. Join our iconic competitions, including Nailympia and the National Massage Championships. The show takes place alongside Salon International, a great opportunity if you're thinking of offering hair treatments or want to see the best talent on stage. Salon Beauty welcomes all trade professionals from the beauty industry including senior buyers, salon owners, make-up artists, nail technicians and spa professionals.

What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 14 years of age is allowed entry into Salon Beauty. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How do I access the show?

All visitors must have their own printed or contactless badges in order to gain entry. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone or printed, you can also print your badge onsite. Register online in advance for free to download your badge.

I have registered for the show, can I attend more than one day?

Your badge entitles you to enter the physical show on both days, Sunday 13 and Monday 14 October.

How do I qualify for a VIP ticket?

VIPs are based on having 2 or more treatment rooms or 2 or more members of staff. If you have a query about being a VIP, please email [email protected]

Who is exhibiting at the event?

Hundreds of leading brands will be exhibiting at Salon Beauty 2024, floor plan available soon.

Who should visit the event?

Salon Beauty welcomes beauty professionals, established salon and spa owners, colleges as well as everyone looking to start a career in beauty.

Will there be any seminars, workshops, or demonstrations?

Yes. There will be plenty of opportunities to expand your skills at Salon Beauty. The programme will be launched soon.

Where can I book the live stages and conferences?

The Salon Beauty Stages are free to attend this year. You can set reminders for education by logging into your ShowHub account once you have registered. You will receive an email notification when it's time to head to your session. 

Does my badge give me access to the live stages?

Yes, the live stages are free to attend in 2024. There is certain education and competitions that is payable and will need to be booked on ShowHub.

Where can I see the education that I have already booked?

To view your bookings, you need to log in and click on the “Tickets” button.

How do I download the show app?

You can log in to your account via the show app. From here, you can look at the brands attending, plan your day and purchase conference tickets at any time by logging into your account. How do I register a colleague?

Each visitor will need their own badge. On your account, you can invite a colleague to join you at the show by entering their email address. To register a colleague, make sure you are logged out of your account and then you can register them using their email address.

If You Are Already Registered

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

If you have registered successfully, you will be able to access your badge either online or via the app by clicking on the ‘Tickets’ button. Your entrance badge will automatically be sent to your email 3 days before the show and on the morning of the show. The email will be sent from showhub.live 

I am a lecturer, how can I register my students for a show?

To register your students, please complete the following steps: 

1. Register for your free ticket and choose the job function "Teacher/Lecturer"

2. Once you are registered, click on the red button "TICKETS"

3. Select "Bulk Assign Badge" and "Download the Template" (if you don't find the option email us on [email protected])

4. Once your excel file is ready, select "Upload CSV"

5. Select "View assigned" and download all the badges

How do I register for the show?

You can register to attend by clicking the 'Register now' button at the top of the page. Enter your email address and answer the questions to help us get to know your interests for the show.

Can my children visit the event with me?

Salon Beauty is a Trade only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children as no under 14s are permitted.

Are there any crèche facilities?

No. Unfortunately Salon Beauty is a Trade Only event, children are not admitted and there is not a creche available onsite.

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No. Salon Beauty is a Trade Only event. Children are not permitted. All visitors are strongly advised to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children.

Can I attend the event if I am not in the trade?

Saon Beauty is a trade only event but welcomes people looking to start a career in beauty. 

Student Policy

What is the student policy?

Students who are studying beauty or a related course are welcome to attend Salon Beauty. You can also take part in the Nailympia to show off your creativity and raise your profile.

International Visitors

Can you arrange my visa to come to the show?

As Salon Beauty is a free to attend show, we do not offer support with Visa letters. We recommend contacting your local embassy.
