3D-lipo HQ launch proves a success
May 1 marked the highly anticipated launch of 3D-lipo’s brand new head office, training centre and warehouse facilities. More than 100 guests attended to take a first look at the 6,000sq ft premises.
The move followed an extensive year of growth for the company, and the new HQ has been designed to house all elements of the business under one roof for the first time in the company’s history, with the aim of improving customer service and training.
The move now positions 3D-lipo to proceed with ISO 13485 quality assurance certificate ahead of its medical certification of all 3D-devices.
Throughout the day, guests were greeted with a glass of champagne, and were invited to take a tour of the building, before receiving a presentation from Roy Cowley, managing director of 3D-lipo, who unveiled the latest launches and business support initiatives from the company.
The latest equipment launches included 3D-NanoSure (tattoo removal), 3D-Trilogyice (laser hair removal) and 3D-Vjuve (vaginal rejuvenation for trained medics only).
Guests also had the opportunity to network among fellow clinic and slaon owners over a delicious lunch and bubbly, while browsing around the new premises and enjoying snapping some selfies at the dedicated "3D selfie station".
Special Guests included Ex on The Beach Star Chloe Goodman, who is a huge advocate of 3D-lipo after achieving fantastic results with her 3D-Bumlift treatment.
3D-lipo were also joined by a number of distributors who represent the company globally, including Jawad Qureshi of 3D-lifestyle Pakistan and Sabrina Crowe of 3D-Aesthetics Ireland, who both flew in specially for the occasion.
Phoebe Cowley, head of marketing and events, along with graphic designer, Adam of The Design Gent, headed up the interior design of the offices and training centre to reflect their newly refreshed branding, incorporating some fun, interactive features including the 3D selfie station, which encourages people to snap their selfies and increase social media activity. This proved highly popular on the day with lots of clients snapping their selfies.
The team at 3D-lipo were thrilled with the turn out on the day, in addition to the positive reaction from clients, and would like to thank everyone who has supported them in the journey of their office move, in addition to everyone who attended the launch.
“I am delighted to announce the move of our head office, training centre and warehousing facilities to our brand new, company-owned premises, which will secure the future of the business," said Roy Cowley. "All aspects of the business have now been brought together, ensuring better customer service going forward and a much larger premises to cater for an increase in numbers attending training.
He added, "The move now positions 3D-lipo to proceed with our ISO 13485 quality assurance certificate ahead of our medical certification of all 3D-devices. My self and the team here at 3D-lipo are extremely excited for what the future brings at the new home of 3D-lipo. The Launch itself has been a fantastic experience, it’s given us opportunity to really shout out about our transition over the last 10 years, to welcome people who have supported us, from a salon perspective, clinic perspective, a supplier perspective, and it’s also given us a great platform to really talk to people about our new products and direction of the company going forward.
“Remember, when you buy from 3D-lipo, you are buying more than just a machine, you become part of a winning team, and will share in the success of the 3D-brand name!”
