DNA customisation is key 2015 industry trend

Intelligent skincare, multifunctional products and customised beauty are among the key 2015 beauty industry trends, according to information provider Datamonitor.
Datamonitor has pinpointed smarter skincare, including devices that offer diagnostic tools, and products tailored to the individual’s needs based on their DNA as two of this year’s dominant industry trends.
Other trends that will be big in 2015 are, the company said, products that combine several different benefits, fragrances that have also offer skin solutions and cosmetics specifically created to make consumers look great in selfies and other photos.
