PB meets Debra Robson-Lawrence, co-founder of LoveLite
Set up by Debra and her friend Donmarie McBride just over a year ago, Lovelite is a fresh company who provides cosmetic teeth whitening, LoveLite White, and a non-invasive fat reduction treatment, Lipoglaze, which has just been brought over to the UK from America.
PB: What is your most popular product?
DRL: LoveLite White was our flagship treatment and has long been popular with both men and women. People are now more conscious of their smile and want nice white teeth like many in the public eye, so demand for the treatment is continuing to soar. However our new Lipoglaze treatment is causing a bit of a phenomenon within the industry, as it uses the latest in non-invasive technology, and again is proving very popular with both sexes.
PB: What makes your products special over the competition?
DRL: We are innovative and are always researching the most up to date technology. We make sure to work closely with our manufacturers to develop the best possible products and equipment.
PB: What would be the cost to professionals looking to start using your products?
DRL: We always strive to be competitive on our pricing and so offer finance and leasing options to help get our treatments into salons.
PB: Do you provide any extra services, advice or training programmes for professionals who use your products in their salons?
DRL: We pride ourselves on our bespoke training and aftercare service. Every technician is trained to a high standard and so leave confident and fully competent to carry out the treatments.
PB: Why should salon owners visit your stand at the show?
DRL: Our products will provide salons with the potential for huge earning capacity, as they bring with them the prestige of our Harley Street clinic and are hugely in demand.
PB: Are you having anything new on your stand at the show?
DRL: We will have our Lipoglaze machine, which we have only recently introduced to the UK and are excited to demonstrate at the show.
PB: What tips would you give salon owners looking to introduce a new line into their salon?
DRL: Making sure there is demand for the treatment is key, so be sure to do your research as thoroughly as you can. Find about what promotion the company currently does for the line to understand how this will generate clients for you. Clients often like to know the treatments they will be having is something that they can read about - many clients come to us because they have heard about other people’s great results.
PB: What can we expect next from Lovelite?
DRL: We have had a number of celebrities come to the LoveLite clinic who have enjoyed brilliant results. The TOWIE cast love our LoveLite White treatment. We also have some exciting new celebrity endorsements of Lipoglaze coming up. To build on our success, we are currently considering introducing other innovative treatments to our clinic – so lots of exciting developments in the pipeline.
