Yours Truly Organics is a natural and organic skincare range for oily and acne prone skin. They offer a skincare regimen consisting of a cleanser, toner, serum and face balm formulated with innovative active ingredients which work to reduce oiliness and inflammation in blemish-prone skin.

Professional Beauty interviews Kelita Bignall, director of Yours Truly Organics, who gives us a preview of what we will see on their stand at Professional Beauty London.

 

What is your most popular product and what do you think makes it popular?

Our Fix Me! Repairing Serum has proved popular mainly as it is the most active in the range.  Its light texture and fragrance as well as its ability to reduce the appearance of breakouts has contributed to its popularity.

 

What makes your products special over the competition?

We offer a credible organic alternative to the usual chemical treatments that are prescribed for oily and acne prone skin.  Our founder suffers with oily skin and previously suffered years with bad acne so understands what is required to alleviate the problems associated with this skin type.

 

How cost effective are your products when introducing them into a salon?

Our products are priced at the middle of the market which makes them an appealing prospect to a salon that is looking to introduce organic/natural skincare to their clients.

Our products are premium but well priced for a mid to high end salon looking for well-presented and effective products.

 

Do you provide any extra services, advice or training programmes for professionals who use your products in their salons?

We can offer advice on the use of our products as well as further materials on the key active ingredients contained within each of our products.

 

Why should salon owners visit your stand at the show?

Salon owners should visit our stand as we offer a full range of products that they can recommend to their clients with oily/congested skin types who are looking for products which will benefit not only their skin but their overall health in the long run. 

We are able to offer individual solutions for salons in order that our products can best complement and enhance your current offering.

 

Are you having anything new on your stand at the show?

We have recently launched in the UK and are therefore offering new products to the market.

 

Will you be having any special offers exclusive to the show?

Yes.  We are offering 10% off wholesale prices for any orders placed at the show as well as 20% off the RRP on individual items purchased.

 

What tips would you give salon owners looking to introduce a new line into their salon?

Introduce a few products at a time i.e. a cleanser and a serum to prove the effects of the new products and then add further products gradually to further compliment the initial products introduced.  This will allow salon owners to build trust in the new line and allow their customers the opportunity to try new products that may be of benefit to their skin.
