Wahanda backs mobile trend with launch of booking app

Treatments booking and review site Wahanda has launched a mobile app for iPhone and iPad, backing the trend for mobile browsing among consumers.

The app will allow clients on-to-go access to Wahanda’s partner salons and spas, to make bookings and secure payments for appointments. It will also collate GPS-led results to customer searches, showing customers businesses local to their area.

According to Wahanda’s own data, 44% of its customers were already browsing the website on mobile devices. Lopo Champalimaud, chief executive of Wahanda, said, “We are thrilled with this next step in our evolution. The way we live our lives is constantly changing and right now, we’re living in an age where many of us are using iPhones and iPads 24/7.”
