Global Wellness summit announces new keynote speakers
The Global Wellness Summit has announced David Clay Large and Tom Bauer as keynote speakers at the 2016 summit in Austria next month.
Historian and professor David Clay Large, senior fellow at the Institute of European Studies at University of California, Berkeley will deliver a keynote at the summit in Kitzbühel in the Austrian Tyrol on October 17-19.
Large, who is the author of 11 books, including The Grand Spas of Central Europe, will cover the cultural and artistic history of central European spa towns in his keynote address.
Tom Bauer, chief operating officer of thermal resort group Vamed Vitality World, will examine trends in and the future of thermal bathing destinations in his keynote speech.
The 2016 Global Wellness Summit, the 10th to date, is expected to attract around 500 delegates, making the largest to date.
