Introducing the World Spa and Wellness Convention 2019 Programme

The World Spa & Wellness Convention 2019 programme is now live and with a brand new format.

This year, the programme is split into two streams designed to give delegates even more opportunities to choose the key information they need to grow their spa businesses in the coming months.

Some major players have signed up as keynote speakers, including: Matthew Allison, founder and chief executive of Space Cycle,on how to disrupt an industry that doesn’t know it needs disrupting; and Neil Orvay, founder and chief executive of Evolution U, Business Psychology,onhow to win friends and Influence people – using neurolinguistics programme in everyday life. Plus, Jessica Diner, beauty and lifestyle director of British Vogue on: Influencers – are they relevant? The power of social media and the beauty industry.

In addition to the key streams, for the first time, the 2019 convention will also feature "situation rooms", in which delegates will work together on strategies to solve common business challenges. Each situation room will each be hosted by a senior spa director, who will be joined by spa professionals at a range of levels, offering valuable networking and mentoring opportunities.

The 2019 World Spa & Wellness convention takes place at ExCeL London on February 24–25, as part of the Professional Beauty trade show.
