Leading skincare brands to headline Professional Beauty North

Skincare in all its forms will be high on the agenda at Professional Beauty North in Manchester on Sunday and Monday. 

Taking place at the Manchester Central exhibition centre on September 18-19, Professional Beauty North will see a host of top skincare brands among its exhibitors.

Skincare brands exhibiting at the show will include Australian Bodycare, Daniele de Winter, Dermalogica, Elemis, Eve Taylor, Exuviance and Guinot.

Other skincare brands exhibiting include Heaven, Katherine Daniels, Neal’s Yards Remedies, Outback Organics, Sesderma, True North Cosmetics and distributor iiaa with brands including Environ.

The show will feature a diverse seminar lineup, including the one-day Nutrition programme. Topics covered as part of the Nutrition programme will include improving skin health with supplements, gut health and its affect on skin and diet-induced skin ageing.

New for this year is Skin is Alive, a two-day programme focusing on advanced skincare. Skin is alive will examine a wide range of topics, including the effect of stress on skin, menopausal skin, the impact of pollution on the skin, and vitamin D deficiency and sun exposure.

Among the Skin is Alive speakers are nutritionist Kim Pearson, iiaa trainer Fiona Campbell, Dr Claudia Aguirre and Lorna Bowes, director of UK skincare distributor Aesthetic Source, among others.

Also new for this year is Embracing All Tones of Women, a one-day seminar programme looking at treating the skin and hair of women of all skin types. Sessions on the agenda include The Power of Multicultural Beauty, Embracing Textured Hair, and Diversity and the Beauty Industry.
