Learn from industry experts at Professional Beauty London

Professional Beauty London, coming to ExCeL London on 25-26 February, promises an abundance of learning and networking opportunities. Key industry experts will be gathering to share tips and experiences with visitors, making it the perfect opportunity to get the skills and advice you need to ensure 2018 is the best year for your business.

Our live stage and seminar programmes feature a vast array of workshops, all CPD-accredited and just £3 each.

The Business Skills agenda offers advice on effective marketing, improving profitability and adapting to trends, with leading speakers in their fields including Susan Routledge of Susan Routledge Consultancy, Deborah Mitchell of Heaven and Zara Elliott of Blush Academy.

We are also launching our new Support Our Salons seminar agenda, which is aimed at helping tackle the issues facing salon owners. Topics include bullet-proofing your business for maternity leave, keeping your workforce engaged and an exclusive ‘Ask the experts’ panel.

Professional Beauty is dedicated to educating the future industry workforce and as such lecturers and students can book any of the live stage and seminar sessions for just £1 each. We have hours of exciting demonstrations across programmes such as the How To seminars and Trends & Treatments live stage which are a perfect way to add more strings to your bow as an emerging therapist in the industry.

Alongside these, 2018 sees the return of the Education Forum to the London show. A dedicated event for beauty lecturers and educators, the Education Forum is a platform for college heads and leading employers to discuss challenges, raise awareness and identify opportunities. Lecturers can hear from top employers about skills they want to see in young therapists emerging into the industry. Tickets are £10pp including lunch and goody bag from sponsor Eve Taylor.

The full agenda for the Education Forum, along with the seminar and live stage programmes, can be viewed at www.professionalbeauty.co.uk/education.

If you’re looking to book training courses at the show to further your skills or get your qualifications, look no further than some of our wonderful training providers including VTCT and The World of Work Training. We will also be joined by new skin cancer charity Skcin, who offer free accredited training courses to help beauty therapists spot the first signs of skin cancer and melanoma.
