Macdonald spa hotels get real-time online booking capability

Clients can now make real-time bookings online for Macdonald Hotels’ 23 spa hotels using its new website booking capability.

The live booking platform offers instant access for customers wishing to make a reservation for spa days, breaks and treatments. 24/7 availability means that customers will know instantly if their requested day or time is available.

Jeanette Jones, MD of spa and leisure at Macdonald Hotels commented: “The introduction of real-time bookings means that our customers can instantly check availability and book what they want when they want. It really does take the stress and hassle out of booking. With 23 properties it’s been quite a challenge but we’re now delighted to be fully open and provide our customers with the convenience and flexibility they need.”

The group’s portfolio of 23 spa hotels nationwide includes the Macdonald Randolph Hotel in Oxford and Bath Spa Hotel in Bath to newer properties such as the recently developed Craxton Wood Hotel in Chester and Inchyra Hotel in Scotland.  Each spa uses Elemis and Jessica and has a range of relaxing therapies and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

In other news, Wendy Macdonald has recently been appointed as spa manager, maternity cover at Macdonald Bath Spa. She brings experience from 12 years in the industry managing spas in the UK and Canada. She said: ““Working together with such a strong team is highly enjoyable.
