Metta Francis and Hazel Dixon among Scratch Stars 2017 winners
Well-known nail techs Metta Francis, Sue Davies and Hazel Dixon were among those honoured at the Scratch Stars awards on Sunday.
The awards were announced during a party at Tropicana Beach Club, London, hosted by Blue singer Duncan James.
All awards honoured nail techs and salons, with categories for specialisms such as liquid and powder, natural nail manicures, and one-stroke nail art.
The winners of the 2017 awards are:

Polish & Paint Artist of the Year: Scarlett Senter, Scarlett Senter Nail Artist, Norfolk
Mixed Media Artist of the Year: Hazel Dixon
One Stroke Artist of the Year: Paulina Zdrada, Indulge, Leeds
Educator of the Year: Erin Adeyemo
Nail Salon of the Year: NAF! Salon, Glasgow
