The new technology that lets therapists reach four layers of the skin

The Divine Pro from Advanced Esthetics Solutions features four patented technologies, focusing on four layers of the skin.

Divine Pro works via a synergised treatment of Pollogen’s patent technology VoluDerm, a fractional two-step thermal ablation process using up to 100 radiofrequency-assisted ultra-thin electrodes.

This new generation of microneedling works on the process of generating micro wounds through thermal ablation, where each individual needle delivers radiofrequency (RF) in both the epidermis and dermis without the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scars.

The multi-dimensional platform incorporates a combination of clinically proven technologies: Voluderm microneedling, tripollar RF, DMA (dynamic muscle activation) and trifractional RF. It is indicated for the treatment of skin tightening, skin resurfacing, dermal volumisation, muscle re-education, acne scaring and stretch marks.

TriPollar with DMA is the only non-invasive technology that uses radiofrequency energy to generate heat through resistance in both the dermal and subcutaneous layers, causing collagen fibres to contract. This creates an immediate skin-tightening effect.

TriFractional enables effective fractional skin resurfacing with the energy creating micro wounds.

Voluderm is a minimally invasive solution that uses fine, ultra-thin electrodes combined with radiofrequency to gently ablate the epidermis and heat the deeper dermis layer.

These multi-dimensional treatments work together to renew the deep dermis, mid-dermis and epidermis to provide a holistic approach for repairing signs of ageing with minimal downtime and minimal discomfort.

How the Divine Pro works

Unique penetration method: Instead of mechanical penetration of the needles, which produces a painful sensation, Divine Pro’s RF Microneedling technology creates channels simultaneously with the penetration of the needles, which is driven by continuous RF. This results in efficient dermal effect, minimal bleeding and downtime.

Ultrathin needles (150 micron): these thin needles have the optimal length for efficacy. This ensures a full-length smooth insertion into the channels created by the RF, reaching the exact layer of the skin where maximum efficacy is achieved. The thin needles allow for optimal energy density, providing higher efficacy at lower energy levels, thus reducing discomfort during treatment.

Quicker treatments with no anaesthetics: thanks to the combination of RF-first penetration and thin needles, no mechanical force and less repeated passes are required to ensure even coverage. As a result, pain is minimised and anaesthesia is not required to achieve results.

High safety profile: the RF-first technology ensures a standardised treatment protocol without dependency on user expertise. The penetration mode induces minimal damage to the epidermis and, therefore, reduces the risk of unwanted adverse events.
