Leading speakers to headline the 2025 World Spa & Wellness London Convention

The World Spa & Wellness London Convention on 2-3 March at ExCeL London will bring leading professionals from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and America who are ready to share insights and knowledge to help you upskill and take your spa business to another level.

A host of spa professionals will be speaking at the 2025 World Spa & Wellness London Convention to share valuable insights, practical advice and wisdom with you to help develop your spa and wellness business. This global networking event caters to independently run and group spas and hotels, taking place within Professional Beauty London.

This convention offers a focused two-day programme,f illed with a mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions and interactive workshops.

Here are a few key speakers on this year line up:

Kickstarting the convention we have John P. Rees - Senior Vice President Hotel Operations Hard Rock Hotels, alongside, Ghislain Waeyaert - President bbspa France, discussing the idea of serious wellness vs indulgence on an exciting panel session on Sunday 2 March, 10:15 am.

On Sunday we will also hear from our first keynote session, where you will hear from Simon Casson - CEO Corinthia hotels, Ingo Schweder - Founder GOCO hospitality and Suzanne Holbrook -  Global Head Spa & Wellness Mariott as they shares insights on ‘The future of hospitality' at 12:30 pm on Sunday 2 March. Don't miss Anna Bjurstam - Wellness Pioneer Six Senses and Founder V Social on a panel at 11:15 am on Sunday joined with Yuki Kiyono - Global Head of Health and Wellness Development at Aman,  and Cedric Betis - Advisor to Dubai Government entities & member of the Dubai Future Council on Health & Wellbeing. This panel will be talking about ‘Lifestyle driven hospitality with recovery and longevity.’ Join us for straightforward advice on building a wellness-focused team culture as our industry speakers bring practical insights into creating a work environment that keeps top talent.

We will also hear from keynote speaker Neil Jacobs, chief executive officer, Six Senses as he shares his insights with Andrew Gibson on ‘The Business Model of Wellness-driven strategies' at 12:00 pm on Sunday 3 March. We are further excited to hear from keynotes Todd Shaw, Chair ISPA Foundation & Senior VP Business Development Fountain Life on bridging the gaps in our industry – research from the ISPA Foundation on Sunday 15:00. Followed by Lindsay Madden-Nadeau, Strategy Leader Red Sea Global, speaking on the visionary wellness strategy from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all on at 16:30.

We are pleased to welcome Amanda Al-Marsi, global director of wellness at the Hilton Group who will be speaking on Sunday 3 March at 15.30 alongside Amy McDonald on a panel session discussing ‘Health & Wellbeing for all- How can your spa both make a difference and increase revenue’.

Meanwhile on Monday (4 March) will see a slightly different format in the convention where we will break out in to 3 different groups allowing delegates to take part in intimate sessions for day, hotel and resort spas.
