When is the Salon Growth Summit 2026?

The Salon Growth Summit will take place on the 1-2 March 2026 at Olympia London.

What is the event about?

Kick-start your year at the Salon Growth Summit London, brought to you by Professional Beauty and Hairdressers Journal International, a dedicated business event designed to help you strengthen your salon or spa for 2026 and beyond.

Who should visit the event?

The Salon Growth Summit is designed for owners and manages for hair and/or beauty salons and spas looking to grow their businesses, listen to expert education, network and invest in leading brands. Owners are welcome to book a ticket and bring a colleague to aid decision making.

 

Students are not permitted at this event. 

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 18 years of age is allowed entry into the Salon Growth Summit. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How much does it cost to attend?

Tickets to the show cost as follows:

One-Day Entrance Ticket: £69 (£57.50 + VAT)

Two-Day Entrance Ticket: £90 (£75 + VAT)

Combined Two-Day Entrance and Professional Beauty or British Hairdressing Business Awards Ticket: £188.40 (£157 + VAT)

Where is my ticket?

Tickets are electronic only this year and will be included in the confirmation email of the lead booker. Tickets will not be posted and there will be no ticket collection at the show.

Can I bring my colleague and/or friend?

Owners are welcome to book a ticket and bring a colleague to aid decision making.

Can my children attend with me?

Which ticket should I buy?

SALON GROWTH SUMMIT TICKETS: If you are a salon owner or manager of a hair or beauty salon or spa and wish to attend the Salon Growth Summit, please purchase a one or two-day entrance ticket. If you represent a brand that is not exhibiting at the Salon Growth Summit, and wish to attend the event, you will need to purchase a Non-Exhibitor One-Day Entrance Ticket. 

COMBINED SUMMIT & AWARDS TICKETS: If you are a salon or independent professional and would like to attend the Professional Beauty or British Hairdressing Business Awards, alongside the Salon Growth Summit, please purchase a Combined Entrance & Awards Ticket (with two-day entrance).

AWARDS ONLY TICKETS: If you wish to attend only the Professional Beauty or British Hairdressing Business Awards, please purchase a Professional Beauty Awards or British Hairdressing Business Awards - £176.40 (£147 + VAT) - available in the 'Awards' ticket tab.

What do I do if my tickets haven't arrived?

Tickets are electronic only this year and will be issued in your confirmation email before the show to the lead booker. Tickets will not be posted.

How do I get tickets to the Professional Beauty and British Hairdressing Business Awards?

If you are a salon owner or manager of a hair or beauty salon or spa and would like to attend the Professional Beauty or British Hairdressing Business Awards, ALONGSIDE the Salon Growth Summit, please purchase a Combined Entrance & Awards Ticket (this provides you with two-day entrance).

If you wish to attend ONLY the Professional Beauty or British Hairdressing Business Awards, please purchase the Professional Beauty Awards or British Hairdressing Business Awards - £176.40 (£147 + VAT) - available in the 'Awards' ticket tab.

What happens if I forget/ lose my ticket?

Your ticket will be issued via email to the lead booker and can be scanned from a phone or tablet for entry. Please bring your electronic ticket with you on a phone or tablet for entry.

What if someone else's name is on my ticket/ the name on my ticket is incorrect?

Your entrance ticket will reflect the name given when your ticket was allocated by the leader booker. Once tickets have been received, we are not able to change the name on the ticket. As long as each individual uses a different ticket, this will not be a problem in entering the venue.

How can I purchase more tickets before the show?

To make the most of pre-show offers make sure to purchase your ticket online before attending the exhibition, however tickets will also be available to purchase throughout the event by visiting our ticket office in the boulevard. Please note, all advance rates, discount codes and promotions will be subject to expiration.

Where do I collect my tickets?

Tickets are electronic only this year and will be included in the confirmation email of the lead booker. Tickets will not be posted and there will be no ticket collection at the show.

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. Any requests for refunds will be reviewed after Salon Growth Summit and must be received within 21 days following the event. Refunds will be reviewed by management with no guarantee of a reimbursement. If any refunds are agreed by management, they will be subject to a transaction fee for both payments and refunds. Any refunds will be issued minus a 10% administration fee. The company accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control.

Access and Facilities

Can I access an Internet Connection at the event?

Yes, you will be able to connect to the free Wi-Fi provided at Olympia London.

What disabled facilities are available?

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No. Salon Growth Summit is a Trade-only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children.

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I’m at the exhibition?

There are food facilities within the show halls and many food venues at Olympia to suit all tastes.
