Susan Routledge, award-winning salon owner, business consultant and host of Professional Beauty’s The Beauty Roundup has launched the Beauty Business Matters podcast.
Aimed at salon and skin clinic professionals, the weekly podcast will explore industry success and interview leading beauty experts and CEOs.
“It feels like it has been a long time coming. I have dreamt of releasing a podcast for so long and it feels a little surreal that all of the perseverance has come together,” says Routledge. “I wanted to release something I could be really proud of and with great business advice.”
In the first episode, Routledge welcomes Ronan Perceval from Phorest Software to discuss the challenges salon owners face, the importance of enthusiasm and energy in business and how innovative solutions like text message reminders transformed the industry.
