Valencia Koger

Valencia Koger is changing the lash game with her colour-matching technique, which first saw her experiment with brown lashes to cater better to brunettes before expanding to get the colour match as natural as possible for everyone, including redheads, blondes and those with pigment conditions like albinism and vitiligo.
Koger has since gone viral on social media for bringing a new tier of accessibility to lashing. Not only do her abilities extend to colour matching, but her mapping of individual eye shapes is next level.
While Koger is US-based, she has her sights set on being a global educator and is a must-follow if you want to up your lash game.
Agnes Dos Santos

Self-confessed eyelash extension perfectionist Agnes Dos Santos owns one of London’s leading lash salons, in Kensington, London.
The Agnes Dos Santos salon houses a group of expert lash artists, all trained in Dos Santos’s method. With over 15 years in Kensington, the salon has a loyal client base.
Dos Santos has coached techs all around the globe and graced the lashes of celebs including Lily Allen, Stacey Solomon and Gemma Collins.
Her technique is all about lash health and she only uses vegan lashes.
Alicia Reynolds

While fairly new to the world of lashes, Alicia Reynolds, who started lashing around five years ago, has made a name for herself in the industry.
Now working closely with Lashbase as a brand partner, she uses her platform to help techs charge their worth and get fully booked.
Lash Life, her lash artist membership programme, is helping to encourage a sense of community among lash techs and build new standards in the UK lash industry.
She also advocates for mental health awareeness and provides anti-burnout methods.
Asma Docrat

Asma Docrat’s beautifully curated Instagram page is a blend of lifestyle and lashes.
Docrat trained with Novalash USA, Lash Perfect and Xtreme Lashes, which led her to develop her own technique, trusted by her clients, including A-listers – she did lashes for olympian Dina Asher-Smith, who won silver in the Paris Olympics relay.
Docrat set up Boudoir Lashes in Shoreditch, East London,10 years ago. Her reputation landed her a two-year residency at Harvey Nichols, and she’s regularly featured in magazines. Boudoir Lashes is now at Asma’s new studio at the Gossamer City Project in East London.
Amber McCarthy
