Filling your kit as a make-up artist is a long and expensive task. Let's be honest, make-up isn't the cheapest thing in the world, and when you're buying products in multiple shades to be able to cater to a diverse clientele, it can take a real toll on your bank balance.

Luckily for MUAs, a load of your favourite beauty brands offer special discounts and perks to make-up professionals. We've rounded up some of the best offers you should be taking advantage of.....

Anastasia Beverly Hills

Although Anastasia Soare's brand hasn't officially launced ABH Pro membership yet, the programme is coming soon. 'Members' will pay a yearly fee and get perks including 35% off all products, pre-sale privileges on upcoming launches and exclusive products.

Benefit

Benefit Pro offers 40% off all Benefit products, as well as 15% off their in-store services. The Pro membership is free to join, providing you can submit three documents proving you're a make-up professional.

Bobbi Brown

Bobbi Brown's members-only programme is available for make-up artists, make-up students and industry professionals. The free two-tier programme provides a 20% discount for students and 35% for MUAs and industry pros, which can be redeemed online or at the Bobbi Brown Studios.

Charlotte Tilbury

Darlings, Charlotte Tilbury's Pro programme provides students and pros with 30% off make-up and skincare.

Crown

Crown offers a range of benefits to its members, including exclusive promotions and product offerings, and introductory pricing on new products.

Daniel Sandler

Founded by 'The Patron Saint of Blusher', Daniel Sandler Cosmetic's line of multi-use make-up is available at a 20% discount to MUAs who are part of its Professional Artist Discount scheme, as well as exclusive promotional offers every season.

Hourglass

MUAs can get a 30% discount on Hourglass products by becoming an Hourglass Pro member, while students get 20% off their purchases. Both students and pros also get early access to new product launches and exclusive events and masterclasses.

Illamasqua

Illamasqua Pro is available to all professional and student make-up artists, with 40% discount for pros and 20% for students. Pro members also get exclusive offers, events and early access to new product launches.

Kryolan

Kryolan's Pro Card gives MUAs a 20% discount in all participating stores across the world.

Lola's Lashes

Lola's Lashes offers a 60% discount to all MUAs when purchasing 10 pairs of its vegan magnetic and strip lashes or more.

MAC

Professional MUAs have always been at the heart of MAC, so it comes as no surprise that the brand looks after MUAs. With three tiers – artists (MUAs), insiders (pros in the industry including photographers and nail techs) and students – there's a bunch of exclusive offers. All three tiers benefit from invites to pro-only events and masterclasses, and exclusive communications from the brands. In terms of discount, artists can take 35% off products in-store and online, whilst insiders get 25% and students 15%.

My Kit Co.

My Kit Co. offers all MUAs who submit proof of work a 20% discount across its range of tools and bags.

Nars

Like MAC, Nars has three levels to its pro offering. Apprentice, for students and assistants in creative industries get a 25% discount. For those who are part of the Industry level, which are those working in bridal, film, theatre and television, there's a 30% discount and celebrity, agency represented, lead editorial and department head MUAs get a 40% discount on Nars products.

Sigma

Sigma Pros receive a 40% discount when shopping online, as well as opportunities to be featured on the brand's social media platforms, first access to new launches and exclusive tips and tricks from othe pro artists. Students and creative professionals can also join the Sigma Pro programme.

Stila

Stila's Pro-Artist Programme gives all qualified members 30% disocunt on selected products, as well as future access to offers and promotions.
