Who should visit the event?

The Birmingham Regional Growth Summit is designed for owners and manages for hair and/or beauty salons and spas looking to grow their businesses, listen to expert education, network and invest in leading brands. Owners are welcome to book a ticket and bring a colleague to aid decision making.
 
Students are not permitted at this event. 

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 18 years of age is allowed entry into the Birmingham Regional Growth Summit. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How much does it cost to attend?

The tickets are free of charge.

Where is my ticket?

Tickets are electronic only this year and will be included in the confirmation email of the lead booker. Tickets will not be posted and there will be no ticket collection at the show.

Can I bring my colleague and/or friend?

Owners are welcome to bring a colleague to aid decision making. Owners should purchase a ticket for a colleague as each visitor will need their own badge.

Can my children attend with me?

The Birmingham Regional Growth Summit is an exclusive professional event designed specifically for salon and spa owners, directors and senior managers of hair and beauty businesses. Entry is restricted to individuals in these roles to ensure a high-level learning environment focused on leadership, growth and strategic business development. No individuals under 18 years of age are permitted, including babies and infants, and prams are not allowed on the premises. This helps us maintain a safe, focused and professional atmosphere for all attendees. Suppliers / distributors of beauty and hair services or products are not permitted unless exhibiting. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The venue does benefit from the Millennium Point Multi-Storey Car Park (B4 7AP) which is located just across the road from The Eastside Rooms.

What do I do if my tickets haven't arrived?

If you have registered successfully, you will be able to access your badge either online or via the app by clicking on the ‘Tickets’ button. If you are having any difficulties, please email summits@thepbgroup.com

What happens if I forget/ lose my ticket?

Access and Facilities

What disabled facilities are available?

The Eastside Rooms is higly accessible, with a ramp at the main entrance, dedicated lifts wide enough for wheelchair users and carers, and accessible toilets on every floor.
