Cherie Ramsay has accumulated over two decades of experience in the skincare industry. During this time, she has successfully managed a top-rated skin centre in South Africa. Her commitment to education led her to spend over a decade teaching future therapist at a college in London. During this period, she achieved a Diploma in lifelong learning, assessing, and lead internal quality assurance. Cherie holds a Level 4 qualification in aesthetic practice and Advanced electrolysis, showcasing her expertise in these specialized areas. In addition to her teaching roles, she is an entrepreneur, owning her own business where she personally performs the various treatments she teaches. Currently, Cherie serves as a Skills Development Executive at Dermalogica. In this role, she plays a key part in facilitating Dermalogica's internal upskilling process. This process aims to further educate staff, enabling them to attain higher Ofqual regulated qualifications for advanced services. This initiative has been recognized and honoured with a Princess Royal Training Award, highlighting its excellence in training and development.
