Gladys holds qualifications from CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC and has a strong business management background holding an MBA and a BSc in Economics. As the Education Curriculum Development Executive for Dermalogica UK, Gladys is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of curriculum and content that drives professional and commercial success in our qualified and undergraduate skin therapist communities.
