Janelle Couto has over 20 years’ experience working in the industry both hands on and in a training and development capacity. Janelle is passionate about education and elevating professional skin therapists and upskilling them to meet the needs of an evolving industry. As Skills Development Manager Janelle is responsible for developing and delivering regulated qualification awards in microneedling and chemical peels industry wide and guiding Dermalogica’s internal company Upskill Programmes for their professional skin therapist staff, including Level 4 qualification in chemical peels and microneedling, and Level 3 Apprenticeships.
