Kathryn is responsible for the strategic planning, organisation, and execution of education across regions of the UK. Kathryn evaluates the results of education, identifies gaps and opportunities, and creates strategies to drive further success. Kathryn works closely with a team of Supervisors to review the performance of Educators and build training programmes to ensure a high standard of education delivery with measurable results. With a people-orientated approach, Kathryn invests her energies in supporting both professionals attending Dermalogica education and the teams she mentors, achieve their full potential by fostering an environment of growth, confidence, and connectedness.
