Risk Assessment
Due 6 September.
Compulsory for all exhibitors; it must cover the open period as well as build and breakdown. This form now also contains the Health & Safety Declaration.

Exhibitor Site Induction
Due ASAP.
It is a legal requirement that you read and circulate this before coming on-site. It contains key health and safety information for the Venue, but is also your key to accessing the halls - you will be given a wristband on-site provided you have read the Site Induction.

Stand Plans
Due 2 Sept.
Compulsory for Space-only exhibitors. Complex stands will incur a Certification Fee - refer the Technical Manual for more.

Practitioner's Registration
Due 2 Sept.
This form is compulsory if you are planning on conducting treatments at PB North. Depending on the treatment, you may also need to obtain a license from manchester city council.
