Event Timetable
Please note that the timetable has had an update this year based on a build split. We have section A and Section B, please reach out to your account manager or Megan.m@thepbgroup.com if you are not aware of which section your stand is in.

Loading & Unloading slots
**ExCeL now operates the Voyage Control system** You must book a slot for buildup and breakdown in advance using the Voyage Control system. Booking will go live 20 September.

ShowHub guide - step-by-step

Risk Assessment
Due 24th SEPT.
Compulsory for all exhibitors; it must cover the open period as well as build and breakdown. This form now also contains the Health & Safety Declaration.

Due ASAP.
Compulsory for all exhibitors; it must cover the open period as well as build and breakdown. This form now also contains the Health & Safety Declaration.

Stand Plans
Due 8 September.
Compulsory for Space-only exhibitors. Complex stands will incur a Certification Fee - refer the Technical Manual for more.

Special Treatment License
Compulsory for exhibitors who will be conducting treatments. Due 8th SEPT.
If you are unsure whether you need a Treatment Licence, or need guidance on completing the application, refer to 'Licencing Information' in the Technical Manual.

Visa Invitation Letter
Overseas visitors can request an invitation from the Organisers to aid their Visa application.
