Risk Assessment
Compulsory for all exhibitors; it must cover the open period as well as build and breakdown. This form now also contains the Health & Safety Declaration.

Site Induction
It is a legal requirement that you read and circulate this before coming on-site. It contains key health and safety information for the Venue, but is also your key to accessing the halls - you will be given a wristband on-site provided you have read the Site Induction.

Special Treatment License
Compulsory for exhibitors who will be conducting treatments.
If you are unsure whether you need a Treatment Licence, or need guidance on completing the application, refer to 'Licencing Information' in the Technical Manual.

Overseas visitors can request an invitation from the Organisers to aid their Visa application.
