2015 Ispa Conference & Expo speaker line-up announced
The International Spa Association (Ispa) has announced the keynote speakers for the 25th annual Ispa Conference & Expo in Las Vegas on October 19-21.
Day one of the event will feature a focus on technology, with headline speakers including Randi Zuckerberg, founder and chief executive of Zuckerberg Media, speaking on the topic of 10 Trends in Technology You Need to Know Right Now.
Monday will also see a talk by scientist and physician Dr Pamela Peeke on the topic of Brave New Spa World: Tooling Tech Touch for Tomorrow.
Among the speakers on Tuesday October 20 are Amy Purdy, a snowboarder, Paralympic bronze medallist, motivational speakers, author and founder of Adaptive Action Sports, a charity dedicated to helping people with disabilities get into snowboarding and skateboarding.
Scott Harrison, founder of the charity Water, set up to help ensure every person in the world has access to clean drinking water, will be speaking on Wednesday October 21. Wednesday will also see chef and author Alice Waters receive the 2015 Alex Szekely ISPA Humanitarian Award.
