Karen Betts launches Nouveau Skin Therapy
Nouveau Beauty Group has taken on distribution for the Dermatude machine and used it to create a new skin treatment concept called Nouveau Skin Therapy.
Managing director Karen Betts will launch Nouveau Skin Therapy at Professional Beauty North – a business concept featuring new integrative treatments that use Dermatude in combination with other devces already distributed by Nouveau: the A-Lift nanotechnology machine and Contour Roller micro-needling.
Nouveau Skin Therapy will give salons and spas the option of combining the treatments for a full skin rejuvenation offering or offering each as a standalone treatment.
Used together, Nouveau said the treatments have a threefold effect to structure, texture and repair skin.
Structure comes from the Dermatude machine, which combines digitally controlled micro needling collagen induction therapy with active serums to kick start the body’s natural healing process.
Texture is from the A-Lift, which combats the signs of ageing using non-invasive nano-current technology to firm tone and lift.
Finally, the "repair" part comes with Contour Roller, which works on layers deeper in the skin by creating a controlled injury under the surface, inducing the body to respond by forming new elastin and collagen fibres.
Betts said: “I believe with the right equipment and training, the skills and know-how needed to deliver effective treatments can be easily mastered by any competent salon professional.”
Nouveau Beauty Group is already known as a training provider in the industry, renowned for eyelash treatments and permanent cosmetics.
Nouveau Skin Therapy training will be available at Nouveau Beauty Group training academies in Yorkshire and Milton Keynes.
The company will be demoing Dermatude and A-Lift at Professional Beauty North.
