Professional Beauty has temporary internship opportunities available within the Marketing Team. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and creative individuals who possess experience and an understanding of all relevant social media channels.

Gain experience of the marketing mix with a B2B trade client focus along with exposure and a degree of involvement in marketing routes such as direct mail, e-mails, social media and website. Witness first hand the shows come together as you attend exhibitions and assist on the day to ensure smooth running of the events.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Learn to act as a liaison for the client across the internet.
* Be responsible for daily posts / tweets to all applicable social media outlets.
* Create content for feeds and spark discussion on social networking sites.
* Develop content for posting on all company social media channels.
* Keep the company websites updated with fresh, informative news stories.
* Remain aware of current online trends and chatter.
* Communicate with all members of the team, utilise our social media management platform to ensure a clear, relevant online message is delivered consistently across all social media channels.
* Expand online communities on all platforms by sharing, tweeting, engaging, connecting and liking on behalf of the client and its associated brands.
* Research new client leads.
* Continually monitoring coverage and usage of all sites and reporting this to the team.
* Work with the marketing team, developing social media strategies, including promotional activities for 
   our key clients.

The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:

* The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of all relevant social media channels (including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In, YouTube, Google+, Facebook, Pinterest).
* You should be able to demonstrate creativity in social media campaigns.
* Have excellent writing and language skills with great attention to detail.
* You should be a pro-active self-starter, commercially minded, have the ability to multitask, be professional.

The internships are aimed at students who are required to complete a placement for their studies. 

Commitment to a minimum period of time required.
