The PB Group, which includes the Professional Beauty, Hairdresser's Journal, World Spa & Wellness and Aesthetic Medicine brands, is on the hunt for stars to be in our beauty industry recruitment video, inspiring the next generation of hair and beauty professionals.
We understand how hard recruitment has been in the industry recently and are looking to change this through showcasing the range of roles available and encouraging the next generation to look at career options within the hair and beauty sector.
The video campaign, targeted at schools and colleges, will be used to promote careers in the beauty industry, from salon owners and skin specialists to trainers, session nail and make-up artists and marketing coaches, showcasing the wide variety of roles we have available in the sector.
The campaign isn’t just about highlighting the high-profile names – we want to champion the everyday hair and beauty professionals who are killing it in their specialty and share real stories of career progression to motivate a new generation of industry leaders.
We also want to challenge the misconception that a career in beauty is only for people who don't get good enough grades to go to university or pursue a different profession.
Instead, we want to show young people how exciting, diverse and rewarding a career in the beauty industry can be.
