During my final year of marketing studies, I had to do a 15 weeks internship and I decided to do it in London as it’s a city I’ve always loved.

Doing it at Professional Beauty was a really nice experience and I’ve learnt much more than what I had expected. I was managing the social media and the newsletter as well as updating the website and answering the phone.

I really liked it because I didn’t have just one job to do, my tasks were various and it helped me learn a lot of new things.

The marketing team is a really great one, the atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone was always happy to help anytime I had a question. Working in such an environment was really a pleasure.

What’s more, I had the opportunity to work during Professional Beauty London in February and it was really interesting to see the ‘behind the scenes’ of such a big show! It made me realise all the work that has to be done, and it’s pretty impressive!

This experiment has been really great on both the professional and the human side, as people working there are really lovely.

I would definitely recommend doing an internship there to anyone interested in social media management, beauty products and trade fairs.
