Crystal Clear founder Sharon Hilditch wins Innovator of the Year award
Sharon Hilditch, founder of skincare brand Crystal Clear, won the Innovator of the Year award at the 2016 Women in Business Awards.
More than 300 people attended the event, hosted by Downton Liverpool in Business at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, to celebrate female entrepreneurs and business owners from across Merseyside.
Hilditch was chosen because of her passion for developing the Crystal Clear brand and for pushing the boundaries in terms of non-invasive treatments, having recently launched the new anti-ageing facial Comcit Elite. The treatment combines microdermabrasion, cryo oxygen and microneedling to reduce fine lines and rejuvenate the skin by stimulating collagen production.
On winning the award, Hilditch said: “I'm thrilled to have won Innovator of the Year and it's an absolute honour to be recognised for my achievements since founding Crystal Clear 21 years ago."
Downtown chief executive Frank McKenna said: “It was great to see so many female entrepreneurs and business leaders nominated at this awards dinner. This is testament to the hotbed of female talent and entrepreneurship in the city region.”
