Deadline extended for World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020
Due to high levels of entries, the deadline for the World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020 has been extended to 23:59 (GMT) on July 22, 2019.
With many last-minute entries, some people have been having difficulties in submitting their forms. For this reason the deadline for entries has been extended to 23:59 (GMT) on July 22, 2019, to give everyone plenty of time to complete their submissions.
This year, there are four new categories in the World Spa & Wellness Awards, giving even more businesses, individuals and teams an opportunity for international recognition.
New for this year are: Sustainable Spa of the Year, which will recognise a spa that has implemented significant initiatives to reduce its environmental impact; Spa Leader of the Year, open to individuals who are leading a spa team while also doing good work for the wider industry; Spa Team of the Year, rewarding a well-trained team that gels perfectly to provide the ultimate customer experience, and Marketing Campaign of the Year, recognising an outstanding individual campaign that has demonstrably increased bookings and turnover.

The awards, which launched in 2012, are among the most coveted global industry honours. Making the shortlist for, or winning, one of the World Spa & Wellness Awards will ensure you are perceived as one of the top international businesses in your field.
The awards are free to enter, with applications submitted online.
All spa entrants are assessed by a panel of highly-experienced, global, industry judges who look at everything from customer service, treatment quality and on-going training and education, to retailing, customer journey and marketing initiatives.
Past winners include Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa, Koh Samui, Dahlia Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island and One & Only Spa at Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley, Australia.
The winners of the 2020 World Spa & Wellness Awards will be announced in a glamorous evening ceremony on March 29, 2020 in London.
