Advanced Esthetics Solutions has introduced the latest model of Lipofirm: Lipofirm MED+, driven by a market demand for visible clinical results addressing treatment to skin, fat and muscle with minimal downtime and minimum risk of side effects.
Lipofirm MED+ is a multi-application platform empowered by four clinically proven patent technologies – Tripollar, DMA, Voluderm and Trifractional – which complement each other to treat skin from within.

How Lipofirm MED+ works
Tripollar RF and DMA
Pollogen’s patented Tripollar RF is the third generation of radiofrequency. Safe and effective for collagen remodelling and the treatment of wrinkles, it exceeds previous generations of RF by providing immediate and long-term results, maximum control, high energy density and the most effective heating of tissue with a low power consumption and no need for skin cooling.
This is delivered simultaneously with DMA (dynamic muscle activation) for muscle stimulation in one motion from the same applicator to create heat and muscle contraction for both the face and body for the treatment of cellulite, skin tightening, muscle lifting, muscle toning and lymphatic drainage.
Voluderm
Delivering the next generation of microneedling, Voluderm works on a two-step thermal ablation process, using up to 100 RF-assisted ultra-thin electrodes. Each individual electrode delivers radiofrequency in both the epidermis and dermis followed by a galvanic current that releases salts into the tissue to create a basic PH environment.
The Lipofirm MED+ has a higher impact on collagen and elastin production, along with having the thinnest electrodes on the market at 0.15mm. This creates a comfortable treatment with no requirement for anaesthetic, causing minimal trauma and downtime without the risk of scars and PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation).
The result is significant with long-term dermal volumisation, wrinkle reduction and skin resurfacing for even those hard-to-treat areas such as neck, periorbital and smoker’s top lip.
Trifractional
49 RF pins at 0.2mm allow effective controlled fractional skin resurfacing and renewal of the epidermis by creating uniformed micro wounds for textural improvement. Combined with Voluderm, it enables the practitioner to treat all types of scaring such as acne scaring.
