Lutronic has launched a new full spectrum treatment machine. The Spectra XT offers an extended platform for treating conditions including pigmentation, erythema and acne, melasma, tattoo removal, nail fungus and wrinkles. The Spectra XT is a is a dual-pulsed Q-switched Nd:YAG with six wavelengths, featuring extended treatments with 595 nm, 660 nm and 1064 nm. The system offers a variety of efficacious treatment options with enhanced results. According to Lutronic, the machine is the first Q-switched Nd:YAG laser cleared for the treatment of melasma.
