Mii’s latest launch for make-up artists will help create glamorous look for eyes of any colour.
The highliner black and glimmer gel pencils set in 30 seconds to provide a smoky eyeline with a touch of sparkle that Mii says will stay put for 12 hours.
The range includes:
· BLACK & BLUE 01 – to intensify brown eyes
· BLACK & GOLD 02 – to intensify blue eyes
