New season style from Simon Jersey

Simon Jersey launched a brand new collection of beauty uniforms at last week’s Professional Beauty North show to help salon and spa teams create a stylish new look for the season.

Show visitors were able to see, try on, and purchase garments from the range which includes a chic jumpsuit in two colours, plus a new selection of striking tunics in exciting new styles, fabrics and colours, a beauty cardigan and accessories.

All of the new garments have been developed by Simon Jersey following research with a panel of beauty professionals. Salon owners and therapists from across the UK took part in the month-long research to give their feedback on the styles and colours they wanted in their uniforms.

Helen Harker, design manager for Simon Jersey, said: “Our beauty panel provided us with an invaluable insight to the types of uniforms they want in their salons. They told us that they wanted to look and feel fashionable, but just as importantly that their uniforms have to work as hard as they do.

“Their feedback has led directly to the development of our new pieces such as the jumpsuit and our colour palette for the season including light olive and hot pink which are some of the most popular colours for salon interiors. We’ve also incorporated a range of new, intuitive fabrics that are more comfortable and even more hard-wearing in the salon.”
