Sinéad de Hora joins Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Centre
This July Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Centre at Hotel Café Royal welcomed Sinéad de Hora, an intuitive counsellor, to its existing holistic wellbeing panel of specialist offering members and guests private consultations.
The first external wellbeing experts, who were introduced earlier this year as part of Akasha’s aim to provide a wellbeing experience to promote health, happiness and fulfilment as well as improving personal balance, have proven to be a popular addition to the spa. Sinéad de Hora joins the following wellness experts at the centre; nutritionist Zoë Stirling, reiki master Jake Jacas, Thai yoga and massage specialist Andrea Spanu, performance coach Akcelina Cvijetic, fitness and lifestyle coach James Hardy and aquatic bodywork specialist Steve Karle.
With over ten years of experience in the wellness industry, de Hora tailor makes specific treatments to her clients through her understanding of their concerns. Gaining knowledge from various disciplines, such as Chinese philosophy, reiki and reflexology, de Hora helps her clients through targeted massage techniques, energy healing and a combination of alternative therapies. A 90-minute consultation costs £190.
