Teresa O’Farrell is Global Head of Wellness & Spa at Dorchester Collection and Spa Director of Coworth Park. Within her leadership role, Teresa oversees the spa and wellness offering in current and future hotels and is responsible for developing fully integrated global wellness initiatives aligned with each of the brand’s legendary hotels. Teresa joined Dorchester Collection as spa director at Coworth Park in Ascot in 2018 and during her time she has successfully elevated the hotel’s spa offering, focusing on overall wellness and wellbeing. This includes The Spa at Coworth Park achieving many awards and accolades, including Best UK & Ireland Destination Spa 2019 and the Best UK & Ireland Hotel Spa 2021 at the Conde Nast Johansens awards. The Spa at Coworth Park also ranked 5th in Condé Nast Traveller’s World’s Top 30 spas, the first UK spa to be listed within the round-up, and was awarded the Conde Nast 2023 Best Destination Spa award.
